30-Minute Initial Consultation
Consultation Options: We offer free 30-minute initial consultations via Microsoft Teams or in person at our Brackenfell branch.
Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel appointments at least 24 hours prior to the consultation. Failure to cancel within this timeframe or a no-show will result in the loss of the opportunity to book another free 30-minute consultation.
Submission of Information: Clients must send detailed information and documentation related to the consultation at least 48 hours in advance via WhatsApp (068 397 3460) or email (admin@adllaw.co.za). If no information is received, the appointment will be canceled.
Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance to allow the ADL team to review the information and documentation thoroughly.
Internet Connectivity: ADL is not liable for bad internet connections during Microsoft Teams meetings. If ADL experiences an internet outage, the meeting will be rescheduled.
Meeting Transfers: Meetings may be transferred between ADL members. Clients do not have the right to cancel the meeting based on this transfer.
Incomplete Booking Information: If the required information is not filled in on the booking page, a meeting will not be scheduled.
Extended Meetings: Should the meeting extend beyond the 30-minute timeslot, the client will be billed accordingly.
Appointment Confirmation: ADL will confirm the appointment 24 hours prior. If confirmation is not received from the client, the meeting will be canceled.
60-Minute Consultation
Consultation Options: We offer 60-minute consultations via Microsoft Teams or in person at our Brackenfell branch. This follows the initial free 30-minute consultation.
Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel appointments at least 24 hours prior to the consultation. Failure to cancel within this timeframe or a no-show will result in no refund.
